What do participants do?
Participants are asked to complete Surveys about websites, online stores, social media accounts, marketing content, software, applications, and other non-digital products such as electronics, home appliances, personal care and beauty products, food and beverages, clothing, accessories, and so on.
The participant in the Survey imagines a scenario and completes specified tasks, such as searching for a product in an online store and completing the checkout process. He is also asked to respond to some questions, which helps product managers in improving the customer experience (CX) by incorporating the suggestions and recommendations offered and fixing any issues or challenges discovered.

Do participants have to buy the products or services discussed in the survey?
No. You are not obligated to buy your product or service.

What equipment do I need to be a participant?
To take the surveys, you'll need a Windows or Mac computer, or a mobile device (iOS or Android). Some surveys require your device to have a microphone or camera.
In what language should I speak during the Survey?
You must speak in the language specified on the Voice Surveys and Interactive Video Surveys.

What is the qualification test, and why do I need to take it?
The qualification test is the first test that each new participant must take to ensure that they have the necessary devices and can speak their thoughts while completing tasks and answering questions.
Mojarib team will evaluate this qualification test to determine whether the participant is qualified to be invited to future customer tests.

How to become a good participant?
Make sure you: Perform the required tasks according to the survey scenario. Speak loudly and clearly into the microphone. Perform the survey in a quiet place. Continuously explain what the product is good at and why. Say what confuses you, and what attracts your attention. Provide useful comments. Please avoid: reading what the site says or what the product does literally (Our client – the test owner- is already aware of what is on his web site, or what his product do). Say everything is OK. Show off how good you are and how easily and fast you can complete tasks. Go beyond the scenario, or not perform the required tasks. Perform the survey like an expert.
How do I get paid, and how much?
After the initial qualification test, which is unpaid, you will be paid based on the type and value provided for each survey before you take it. The incentive will be sent or paid to you after our analyst and customer approval.
What are the reasons for not getting rewarded for my Survey?
We want to provide our clients with a service of high quality, so we will have to deny payment and redo the survey with another participant in the following cases: You have not tried to complete all the tasks. Audio is not clear. Test your microphone before taking each survey and make sure that you speak calmly and clearly near the microphone. There is noise in the background. Find a quiet location away from noise sources. You have multiple monitors, and you recorded the wrong one. Make sure that the Mojarib app will record the monitor with the browser in it. Check the preview that we provide in the app. The video uploading process is not completed. If you face problems with the video uploading, please follow the steps provided to you via email and respond as soon as possible. Your demographics are misleading.
What data should I give about myself?
When signing up as a participant, you are asked about your basic demographic data, like age, native language, income level, social media experience…etc. This is done because our customers want to conduct surveys with different participant profiles based on their needs. None of your personal data (name, last name, or email) is ever revealed to our customers or any third parties.
When are tests performed?
Every day, our clients create new Surveys. If the requirements for the participants required to perform the Surveys apply to you, the Survey will appear in the list of available Surveys in the right menu after logging in. If you prefer, we can also notify you via WhatsApp or e-mail.
The Survey is available to all participants who meet the requirements, as the Survey will be removed from the list of available Surveys once the required number of participants has been met. If the Survey is available to you and you request to participate in it, it will be reserved for you for only 24 hours, after which it will be available to other participants who meet the Survey's requirements again.

When will my qualification test get rated?
It depends on the number of new participants applying. It can take between 1 and 7 days.
